Reporting a problem

Please include your device model, iOS or macOS version, Fuda version, and a short description of what happened. If possible, explain the steps that led to the problem.

Screenshots can help, but remove personal information first. Please do not send passwords, sensitive study content, or a full deck unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Importing a deck

Fuda imports Anki .apkg files. If an import fails, keep your original file and include the error message when contacting support. Only import decks from sources you trust.

Where your study data lives

The local edition stores your decks and study progress on your device and does not require an account. It does not provide Fuda cloud sync. Keep copies of your original decks and exported files before changing devices or removing app data.

Reminders

Study reminders are optional. You can manage Fuda’s notification permissions in your device settings.
